Лучше, чем у Battley Cry? И, насколько я понял, они все релизы БаттлеКрая переиздают? Или Нарвал это уже их личное переиздание? Quote:
LABEL philosophy :
Stormspell Records is a small independent label with strong emphasis on classic heavy/power/speed/thrash metal re-releases form the 80es. However, we also will release a few selected metal bands of today, as well as some melodic AOR/Hard rock gems we grew up with and still love.
Our releases are factory made silverback CDs with multi-page booklets.
For now, we limit our releases to 1000 copies, with first 250 copies of which being hand-numbered Die-hard eddition including extras such as glossy UV coated slipcases, woven patches, etc. For the upcoming releases we plan to explore the options of using customized tin-cans, buttons, CD/T-shirt combos, etc, etc. We will try to keep diversity and surprise our customers with interesting and innovative solutions packagewise.
When applicable all our releases come with custom commisioned artwork from renowned illustrators. We are old-school and love the realistic hand-painted metal coverartworks from the 80s (Andreas Marschall, Ed Repka, Necrolord Wahlin, Kris Verwimp, etc.). We hate ass-cheap computer generated or monocromatic "bones-and-machine-parts" collages, thanks, but no thanks!
Moreover, we have no intention of making our releases available via any digital distributon (IE: Itunes, Rhapsody, etc). We grew up with vinyl and Cassette Tapes, and were around for the advent of Compact Discs. We love the physical aspect and the art of music as a whole, which unlike the direction of the industry today, will always consist of full packaging, stellar artwork, and top-notch graphic design. Music is more than downloaded mp3’s on your Ipod. Music is an art and we love to match great music with fine artwork and decent layout design. We hope this will be our legacy for the future world to come.
