Great little good-time rock and roll tape from Mama's Tongue, a killer glam and hair metal band out of Massachusetts. Look where it was recorded: Spread 'em Wide Studios! You know exactly what you are getting into when you pop this tape in! Hollywood style glam and sleaze metal that would make bands like Poison, Pretty Boy Floyd and the Crue blush. However, these guys also have a leaning towards the heavier spectrum and play some solid riffs ala bands like Slaughter or Skid Row in places. The demo has six fantastic songs all power on by a cutting edge, bad boy aggression. There are big riffs and some big choruses, all produced perfectly by the band themselves. Too bad it took until 1993 to get this tape out; by now, we all know what happened to this kind of music! But it lives on here, the only tape available from Mama's Tongue, so check it out! The cover is gorgeously printed with extensive credits.

Inside J-card is Autographed by all four members of the band and also has printed lyrics for all 4 tracks. This is world-class '80s Hair Metal!!

J-card is quite beat-up but cassette itself is in excellent condition and plays great. Cassette is one-sided w/ Gold label and black typeset (black "X" marked across label).

Really awesome groove-heavy songs with superb musicianship and a great powerful vocalist in the vein of Sebastian Bach meets Axl Rose!! And the music is like Skid Row on Steroids!! This is definitely a high-quality demo with pristine production (engineered by heavy hitter Kevin Reeves and mastered by top-dog George Marino).

This band had a strong buzz in the early '90s and headlined many of the famous Sunset Strip nightclubs but unfortunately nothing came about for this amazing '80s Metal band. Super rare piece here. Not sure of the source of this tape. I had two these. My other one is printed on clear plastic. This one has white labels on a black cassette shell. Either way, this is one of the harder to find pieces out there. Eight killer songs from early 90's era sleaze glam band Snowhite. Lots of lipstick and hairspray here!

Cisco Poison 5-song demo tape recorded in the early ‘90s (not sure about exact date). Great LA based hard-rock/metal band with heavy, catchy tunes and stellar musicianship with an amazing vocalist. Mixing ‘80s hair metal with soulful blues rock ala LA Guns, Tesla, Little Caesar and Salty Dog w/ a touch of 90’s alt rock ala Jane’s Addiction and Mother Love Bone this underground band (who I knew very little about) was a pleasant surprise displaying top-quality LA Metal! No J-card, clear cassette with White label w/ typed tracklist.

Rude Attitude 1991 VERY RARE Rock n Rude 4-song Demo. This Boston area band played a great ‘80s style-hair metal with featuring great musicianship (w/ shredding guitarist!) solid production and very catchy melodic metal anthems in the vein of Motley Crue, Skid Row and Def Leppard! B&W J-card w/ clear cassette w. typeset titles (tracks repeat).

BLACKJACK BOMBER were a FANTASTIC bluesy '80s-style hair metal band from New York who hailed from the late '80s/early'90s!! This 4-song demo (c1992) is very RARE and features absolutely incredible melodic yet bluesy'80s style metal showing influences from Rough Cutt, DIO, Little Caesar, Lion (w/ Doug Aldrich and Kal Swan), Dokken and Tesla featuring the phenomenal vocalist Dom Esposito who sounds like a cross between Ronnie James Dio, David Coverdale and Paul Shortino! Very professional package with great artwork on color glossy fold-out J-card with lyrics and full credits on inside. Also comes with the original B&W 8"x10" promo photo of the band! Brilliantly written bluesy, melodic rockers with excellent production and superb musicianship highlighted by fantastic vocals and shredding guitar work!! Cassette is clear w/ pro-typeset and in excellent condition (tracks repeat).

Далеко не раритеты, но всё у этого японца... кхм, японское, а довольно четко сфоткано. Так что полезная ссылочка для некоторых любителей рассмотреть диск, прежде чем его покупать.

А чего это здесь? Да просто в лучшем качестве я такие картинки не нашел в сети, так пусть хоть здесь сохранятся. Недавно продавался на ебей кстати, оттудова и сперто все это. Слушаю сейчас эту группку в контакте и пока что очень все нравится. ( Местами напоминает мегадетсх 1988 года).
