Does anyone have this DVD-R for Angel Dust-Tele 5, Hard'N'Heavy, GERMAN TV 1988?

I have contacted several so-called 'traders' who have this DVD listed on their list, either they are total snobs, or 'they aren't really trading anymore'.
Quite sad they are too stuck up to share a DVD-R that is only 11 Minutes long.
I know pieces of this is on youtube. I'd like to have the DVD-R if possible.

ChongEYE is the WORST! He is a TOTAL JERK!
Even though I've got thousands of ultra rare videos, CD's, demos, etc., he won't trade, or even sell anything.
I know he's Canadian, and I've met people that have traded with him in the past. I think mainly he only trades with other Canadians. I have tried to contact him several times, I noticed that many of the videos he has uploaded, I have superior copies of them on DVD-R, one being Swift Kick - Long Live Rock, I've got a very clear copy of the video which I recorded to DVD-R myself in 1-Hour mode (XP Mode) from the original 1st gen VHS source, plus many other videos which he has uploaded as well, including 'Labyrinth - The Traveller', the Elixer videos he has uploaded, I have better copies of those, all of the Razor videos, Railway, Sound Barrier, Paganini, Cobra, Acid - Black Car (I have 2 different versions), all of the Slave Raider videos, all of the Heavy Pettin' videos, all of the Tank videos, Reckless - Hot And Ready, Dogs With Jobs, and so many more.
Who knows what this guy's deal is, he claims he's a trader, yet he never responds.

Maybe he just... died? Or pretending to be dead
