Greetings!
Updates to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
We've updated Bandcamp's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to reflect upcoming changes to the payment process for digital goods, and the terms surrounding products like artist subscriptions and label accounts.
We've summarized these changes below, but encourage you to review the documents themselves. By continuing to use Bandcamp, you agree to our new Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which are effective July 20th, 2015.

Summary of Changes:
Communication and Payments related to Artist Subscriptions
We updated the Fan Information sections to reflect that when signing up for an Artist Subscription, the fan will receive communications from the artist as part of their subscription.
We also updated the Fees section to explain how payments for Artist Subscriptions work. Specifically, payments will automatically renew, and cancellation will be effective at the end of the then-current subscription period. For example, if you subscribed on the first of the month, and you decide to cancel on June 20, your cancellation will be effective on July 1.
Digital Transaction Processing
We updated the Terms of Use to reflect changes we are making to how payments for digital goods are processed on Bandcamp. While merch transactions will still be directly between artists and fans, Bandcamp will soon be processing the payments for digital transactions, and the Terms of Use have been modified to reflect this important distinction. As part of this change, Bandcamp will treat all digital sales as final, except where prohibited by law.
Credit Cards
We updated our Privacy Policy to allow for credit card payment for certain goods. We intend to roll this change out in the coming months, and are excited to give fans more ways to support artists on Bandcamp!
