Looking for a supposed to exist recording with White Spirit - live at the reading festival.
Does someone know anything about this?

I don't actually know... probably not official. I have seen it listed as a live bootleg (with 4 tracks) at http://medlem.spray.se/nwobhm/demos_&_a ... _stuff.htm and thats all I know about it.

I have tried to contact the admins at that site but just get's delivery failed on the mail :/

Just got this info from lochinvar:

As Malc in his encyclopedy says White Spirit was being added (at pretty much the last minute) to the bill of Reading Festival. The response of the festival crowd turned out to be surprisingly favourable.

Maybe this is the reason why White Spirit was not included on posters of RF 1980 and on set lists.

I really don't know if 4 tracks mentioned above were all set list of White Spirit on RF 1980

This is a bootleg. The band played in Reading 23/08/1980
Somewhere I have a few years ago in DC++ saw the video of this concert ... Probably in the share at the CoenV of the Netherlands.
I do not remember exactly, but something like download this video. Then take a look at their HDD.

No no I think you misunderstood me! it was the audio I was looking for :smile:
I didn't know that any video existed before you sent me the youtube clip. I guess I have to find the video now also :nunu:
