Is there a difference in offset or in loudness?

Metal Blade it's louder but less compressed than GH. Grim Harvest is not good at all it's compressed. I can't determine offset on mine because it's CDR. Sorry

Why is there no log, no cue and multiple wav files instead of a single wav file? I know that my rips also have multiple wav files, but they can be easily glued to restore the image. This pressing is also over compressed.

I ripped it with audiograbber. If you want, I could make rip with EAC, let me know. All metal blade cd's from the 90's are compressed, peaks cut, really shoddy releases.

Yes, please. EAC is the only way to rip CDs.
