А-а, ну я через Гугель переводил примерно такую фразу - "переоформи сообщение, как вот по той ссылке".

He mean that there's some rules how to post albums in LOSSLESS section. And he talk that's would be good if you will post albums including Covers(Artwork) / LOG / CUE / Frequency Grpahic (or similar). But rules are written in Russian only, so..... it's only wishes to you, no more. :pardon:
