- Advance Version - Single sided J-Card with the word "Blue" in the band logo actually colored blue. J-Card (besides artwork) is white with black letters. Band-produced tapes with printed labels on both sides. Labels list the A-Side as "Broken Dreams" and B-Side as "Set Me On Fire", the opposite of how they are listed on the cover, and opposite of how they are on the later professionally pressed copies.
- Standard Version - All black-and-white single-sided J-Card with no blue in the band logo. Spine and credits are white letters on a black background. Pro-pressed clear tapes with info, titles etc. printed onto the shells in shiny metallic blue ink. Track order now matches the cover with "Set Me On Fire" on the A-Side.
Recorded in October and November 1988, at The Right Track studio, Cleveland, Ohio. Alongside the debut demo of Organic Rage and the final demo of Diabolicus, this was among one of several underground Ohio bands who's demos was recorded and engineered by The Right Track Studios newest (at ths time) and youngest sound engineer Trent Reznor, who would later become an internationally famous artist with Nine Inch Nails.
