No. Just the hard/heavy tracks featured on those compilations.
Most of the other songs/bands are crap.

It's quite well as it is.

live in studio means that the band used a "fostex - 4 track" recorder (or any other similar equipment) on their rehearsal room (or other place like a garage - ????).
It seems they had audience as well.
