Mogg (Sweden) - 1986 Demo



MOGG were an incredible Swedish melodic metal band from the early /mid '80s!! This 1986 4-song demo was the band's classic debut demo (they released their first vinyl single soon after this recording). MOGG made their mark in Sweden throughout the '80s and then the band moved to Hollywood, CA in 1989/90 and were a top-drawing band at Hollywood and LA Valley clubs for the next few years before returning back to Sweden.

The music is traditional Swedish early '80s classy, melodic metal in the vein of early Europe, Rising Force, Treat, 220 Volt and Madison. This featured Mogg's first lineup with bassist Bjorn Melander (who went on to form the great Swedish/German band Hungry Heart in the mid-90s). Great musicianship all the way around and incredible melodic metal songs!! A very classic rare Swedish metal masterpiece!!

I seen two links are broken indeed. I think I have what Schymygel reupped, but I am not sure. I will search in my DVD-R collection. Try request a reupload there meanwhile. Bump the topic them, I reupload request already was done there to these 2 masterpieces. It is likely Runninwild have all this on hands and he send again the files, he have more time to forum.

I have 1986 demo. But I' hoped that someone had already downloaded the other demos from Heavemetalrarities and would share them there.

Do you own V/A - 1986 - Sommarrock 86? This seem is a searched masterpiece by Emil, I think not even Emil haven't it. Will be welcome if you post it, and will be first time in web. I appreciate much these undergrounds sweden bands from 80 years.
