Judging by the information I've gathered, the band is from Louisiana. They played a lot of covers and clearly didn't write anything of their own. The lineup also changed frequently, hence the confusion over names. But I see and hear that the vocalist has the same vocal range and timbre in both the video and other videos.
And the poor guitarist, who for some reason didn't have enough money for film in the 90s, still wears the same jeans in the video.
The band presumably existed from 1990 to 1993. After that, they most likely also occasionally played pubs in the southernmost state. As can be seen from their first and last names, the guys are of Spanish descent.
This is all speculation on my part, and needs to be confirmed with facts. I'll try to do this later too.
